I have updated the brief.

Some changes is that I have too many failed hands forming an F.
So you have to be more creative. Combining raised hands and F or some other great creative stuff with a cool F in combination with something that indicates a vote...... (no ballot boxes with paper). Be creative.
Colors from our national flag can be combined.

I like that some of you break rules and think outside the box. One of these designs was much better than the "Raised hand forming an F". This is currently my favorite.
