Project Goal: Our goal through this project is to locate a designer with whom we can work on a long term basis.
As a way to do that, we’ve created this Design Crowd project. For this project, we would like you to
design 4 postcards that would be part of that mailing campaign. We’d like each to be unique and yet
also have cohesiveness in our brand – so we can see how you would present 3 or 4 different kinds of
information about us.
We use a postcard mailing campaigns (a) to stay in touch with past clients and (b) to send to “geographic
farms” – areas where we want to establish our brand and gain leads and business.
For this project, we are providing our logo, contact information, and statistics/information we want on
the postcards. We are also attaching past postcards we have sent out for examples - HOWEVER, we are
looking to ELEVATE our postcards and make them MORE COHESIVE.
Postcard 1: Highlighting the America's Best award that we just received again in 2022 – for the 2 nd
years. We want to include the provided statistics; we've also attached our previous postcard for this
award but want to elevate the look.

Postcard 2: A side-by-side comparison of a property we sold and a property another agent sold in the
same building where our stats are far superior. For a similar idea, see the YIKES postcard we’ve
attached.
The property we sold is 10 Rogers St, Unit 718, Cambridge (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1327 square feet, 8
days on market, list price $1,189,000, sale price $1,300,000, sale to list ratio 109%).
The property we want to compare it to is 10 Rogers St, Unit 706 Cambridge (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
1277 square feet, 74 days on market, list price $1,195,000, sale price $1,180,000, sale to list ratio 99%)
.If you'd like, or have room on the postcard, to compare another property, use 10 Rogers St, Unit 404,
Cambridge (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1369 square feet, 25 days on market, list price $1,250,000, sale
price $1,200,000, sale to list price ratio 96%).
The goal is to highlight our services and expertise in getting the highest price and fast results.
Postcards 3 and 4: These will be infographics, using the data provided (see files: Infographic Info
Postcard 1 and 2, along with the credits and Infographic Postcard 1 Backside). You can choose the
graphics you like from things in public domain or things you create. The attachments we are provided
are from an email blast we received from a mortgage lender.
We'd like these infographics postcards to have the feel a part of our brand and also provide data in an
eye-catching way.
We are looking forward to how you want to present us and this to our audience! Thank you!!
