Logo Design Brief

We need a design for our new founded company who is managing our properties (flats, houses, halls - all in real estate)
Its a company with high value and so the logo should look like that.
Please use no colors - best would be grey, black, white - maybe gold (but not sure)
pure state living means pure estate (we use only one E in the middle instead of 2) so maybe the E could be the eye catcher
