Logo Design Brief

We are a onlineshop for the rowing sport. After 12 years we are looking for a new logo. At the moment we do only have the logo:

Logo needs to work best on white.

We want to have this print inside of the logo but also a type of signet of a rower, rowing boat or an oar inside of the logo. We are looking for a clean and clear design. Please make sure we are talking about the olympic rowing sport. (Not SUP, Not Kayak, Not Outrigger, Not Canoe!)
