Logo Design Brief

I need an impressive and iconic logo for a new construction company "Bolt & Beam". We are a very professional organization, focusing on high end custom homes and renovations and want a logo to match our personal brand. Under or around "Bolt & Beam", would like to see "Design - Build - Remodel". Prefer black background for business cards and other marketing. For color scheme- black, white, grey, cool blues & greens, and tans only, doesn't need to have much color or really any other than black/white. We like simple, crisp looking designs without a lot of frills but don't mind striping, interlocking, or shaping of letters/words when appropriate, something that would look good in large print on the side of a truck (Black truck), a t-shirt, and a ball-cap. Thanks so much for the help!
