Logo Design Brief

We are a non-profit (volunteer based) Baseball Little League for kids aged 5-16 years old. I have attached the Millwaukee Brewers logo that has inspired what we are looking for except instead of letters M & B, we would like to have our C & W incorporated. something that still looks like a ball in the glove as shown in the red drawing. The pdf is our current logo and we would like to use the same red and blue colors.
