Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a new company called Blue Frog. The company will have 3 businesses under the Blue Frog umbrella. There will be Blue Frog Home buyers, Blue Frog Investors and Blue Frog Rentals.
I would like to see the use of the colors blue and green in the design. I would like to see a frog, house and maybe keys in the graphic. I want the font to be easy to read but fun. I want the frog to look welcoming but not goofy.
The target market is slightly different for each business but specifically we are dealing in the cash purchase of homes, flipping homes and keeping some for short and long term rental and private money lending. Initially, the emphasis will be on the home buying business and the other businesses will build into the scenario over time.
