Logo Design Brief

I'd like a line-drawing logo design to use as a custom rubber stamp for my wife, who makes greeting cards for friends. Her name is Liberty, so I'd like the logo to include her likeness, holding an Oboe with a tulip head instead of a torch as in the statue of Liberty. The oboe body would take the visual space of the statue of liberty arm and hand, with the tulip flower as the torch, with her hand around shoulder-height holding the oboe, or something like that. No rays around her head. Maybe a round border including the image and text.
