Please provide us he original source files of the template so we can update or redesign.
At the same time you can provide the info and logos, content separately so we can design a new template.

That’s the reason I’m asking for a design. I don’t have a file. Just need a place holder for the logo. They have not provided to me.

Totally new design please. Just with some of the same content structure. It can all be place holder text.

I know this will be frustrating, but I was finally given some direction from teh people running this thing and have attached logo files. The PNG shoudl be transparent from what I can tell and they are wanting all the text that coppor color. The theme is gilded glamour

This feel, but with the copper tones and logo would be a nice fit. No need to copy exactly with a picture frame or anything. I just need the layouts to match the previous as sent.
