T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a design that can be used as a poster and also can be made into a design for t-shirts and other merchandise. Our festival is an event with all genres of music from all over the World. It is family friendly in a very rural setting in the mountains with a river flowing by. We have all kind of wildlife here and like to incorporate some of that into designs/posters.
