Logo Design Brief

We are in need of a logo for our new construction development company. We would like to keep the colors to one or two total. The logo should be bold and modern looking. The look should be simple and easy to read. The main focus is "advantage" with smaller "construction partners". The business is a commercial construction company so we'd prefer to steer away from a "residential" feel. Our focus is collaboration and teamwork with contractors, owners, and other developers.
