T-shirt Design Brief

I sail 45 foot catamarans in the Caribbean and French Polynesia and I'm looking for a sailing shirt design that I will put on shirts for my crew and guests to wear. The shirt design will have the logo with the words "Grand Crew". This is a play on the French term Grand Cru, which refers to the most superior grade of wine. The "Grand Crew" referred to references my sailing crew which is Grand or in other words magnificent. Grand Crew is a subtle reference to the wine term "Grand Cru" and by subtle, I mean I don't want wine to be the focal point of the design. I would rather large sailing catamarans, the ocean, beaches, palm trees, or other images of the Caribbean and sailing catamarans be the focus. The catamaran yacht is the focal point, but it would be great if red wine grapes, a wine bottle, or other images from a vineyard were subtly worked into the design.
