Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a newly founded company, "I5 Conscious Leadership". (Note that the "I" is capitalized and the "5" is superscript.) The purpose of the company is to educate business and organizational leaders on how to be a Conscious Leader, using a mode we have developed called I5. it is based on developing the five core pillars of a conscious leader: Intention, Identity, Integrity, Insight and Inspiration. By doing this, leaders create greater employee engagement, which helps their organizations become more successful.
I have attached an initial logo we crated, but we are not happy with it. We are using it temporarily until we have a new, improved logo design.
We have initial brand colors selected, and those are attached as well. If you think we should change any of the brand colors, we are open to suggestions. We like the combination/contrast of blue & orange, but it does not have to be exactly those shades we have used.
Some possible thoughts: Because the I5 pillars happen within someone's consciousness, our initial logo put the I5 within a person's head. We like that idea, but not how it was executed. Do not be limited by that concept, but did want to share it. We have also thought about using an eye in the logo (or the idea of eyes) as a play on I/eye.
