Logo Design Brief

We changed the name of our company and need to redesign the logo. We liked the round emblem containing the 3 letters from the old company. Now we need a similar idea for the new company name. We want a distinct logo that is recognizable and easy to see, but also incorporates the 3 letters of the new company name, MRG. Our old logo is attached for comparison.
