Logo Design Brief

I need to design a logo and brand identity for a hot new fashion company called Toxik.

Here is a little about the brand:
-Target Market Age - Women aged 20-35. Students/college through young professionals
-Women that are driven by that fun life
--Something fun but tasteful NOT slutty/tacky/trashy
--A slight touch of sexiness/sleek
--Celebrate the female form - women come in all shapes and sizes
--Celebrate the figure of a woman, how she carries herself
--A lot of dresses are fitted, and she likes to see the figure she is creating the dress for
--Vision always incorporates “her” - keeps in mind that women are going to talk about each other so the Designer wants to dress people in such a way that they’re envious
--The focus is on women's wear
