Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company called "HydroEO". This is a consulting business working in the Space sector with international space agencies on the monitoring of the state of water (hydrology) on land and in ocean, ice and snow, and precipitation from satellite earth observations. We would like to see designs that use the colour blue, perhaps with tonal variations. The final design should communicate that we are monitoring water on the Earth's surface from an orbiting satellite.
