Logo Design Brief

I need a professional and "clean" looking logo that will appear on all marketing signs (open house, for sale signs, business road frontage, t-shirts, etc.) for my real estate business. Logo can be two things (larger full description "Rutter Realty Gulf Coast" with possible landscape orientation and then separate symbol/lettermark/pictoral/ or emblem logo that incorporates or is related to "Rutter Realty Gulf Coast". The separate "emblem" portion will have a smaller profile than the larger full description so it can be placed at the bottom corner of videos, on hats, t-shirts, etc. The "emblem" or symbol portion needs to look like it is part of the larger logo, but can be separated and used on it's own.

• I'd like to see a logo / separate symbol or emblem that relates to or is integrated in the design of the logo. For instance, the main logo might be "Rutter Realty Gulf Coast" that may have to be landscape orientation due to the length and then a separate symbol or emblem that is more symmetrical in shape such as a square or circle that can be put on shirt pockets, hats, etc. If this can be achieved in one logo, that would work too. The best example I have of this is like the full McDonald logo with the text underneath and the golden arches above and then having the gold arches by themselves and everyone still knows it's McDonalds.

I am really searching for something new, professional, and eye catching that I will be proud to have on my real estate signs and marketing items.
