Logo Design Brief

Logo for new trucking company that is changing the stereotype of who a trucker is and what it means to be successful in long haul trucking. Five was an original company name I had when consulting in 2011 representing our 5 children. High five keeps that core and promotes a positive energy, team environment where we celebrate our successes. Successes predicated on learning from the wisdom of the group and embracing or unique backgrounds and diversity. Promoting a safe work environment that has a family feel with a younger type of driver in mind who can respect the desire to be safe, reliable and ontime. They will utilize cutting edge technology and have our support to grow and develop in their careers and personal lives.

I have really liked logo designs with a hand as the logo. Using a 5 as a palm and fingers off the palm in simple lines to finger drawings or with the word HIGH as fingers. The hand held up has kept coming back as the best idea with some type of integration of the company name and logo. We have also like 5 peaks of mountains as an option and thought pulling them together may be good. I want a fairly simple logo overall though as it will brand in clothing and possible in badge form and used in the future in very large format on the side of trucks or other large applications.

I want it to be blue and shades of blues or/an green and shades of green.

I do not want it to be silly or slapping hands high five. Simple but creative is better where it can create brand awareness on its own even though Hi or High Five is a somewhat common name in various businesses. We are open to new ideas as well

Tech smart drivers who are committed to being the best and representing our brand. Men and women with 6 months to 6 years driving but will always consider more seasoned drivers as well. Seeking a diverse driver team where everyone is welcome who can appreciate a organized approach to everything we do.
