Logo Design Brief

Kodama is a wood spirit that can be googled. The logo is for a timber importer. The logo should be professional and yet playful, wood should of course be in the foreground and accompany the whole theme. I don't know yet what looks better, whether "kodama Wood GmbH" or "Kodama GmbH" I'm grateful for all the suggestions.
