Yes. I want each piece of the puzzle as part of the logo. I think the top blue part could be separated into two pieces and the green and gray as their own piece, but I will leave that up to your creative mind.

The top 2 pieces should be together to keep the logo's integrity. You might try icons in the four sections instead of the value titles and move the titles to the header of each section. Then add bullets to each point under the value.
