Logo Design Brief

The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is a senior housing community (an apartment style building for senior citizens) located in Elmhurst, IL. We are looking for a logo to use on signs, brochures, staff uniforms, etc. The property is upscale and offers a range of services including Independent living, assisted living and memory care. I've attached some sample logos we did internally, but are not sold on them. We like the tag line "premier senior living". We may use that in the logo. I'm open to some sort of design element, like the leaf in the sample. Possibly something that is more "presidential" as the road is named after President Theodore Roosevelt.
