Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo design for a new capital company that will be for a holding company that owns a quant hedge fund and a piece of the company that has developed the AI algorithm behind the trading application.

I would like this in the form of a seal. The colors I have chosen are navy blue, Carolina blue, and forest green. I would like to include a three leaf clover in the logo (in forest green).

This will be a capital company, so fonts should be traditional.
