Logo Design Brief

I simply want an updated look to the attached logo design. Scales of Justice with the two "J"s. The current design is dated and we would like to give it an updated look to the typography and design without departing from the overall concept. Must have a professional corporate look. Final art to be delivered in Adobe Illustrator and preferably with font files for use on a Mac.
