Logo Design Brief

Id like to have a logo that could work as an app also.

My company name is Stellar Construction Solutions. I do not want the company name and logo together. I would like the logo to be a planet with a ring around it. It can all be one color. Inside the planet, id like to have a real simple looking phoenix with stars or a moon. I would prefer the logo be contained inside the solid planet with the ring.

I do not necessarily want the logo to have the company name in or around it, however if the Phenix, stars or moon inside the planet could use a not so obvious SCS for (Stellar Construction Solutions)
