Logo Design Brief

I own a company called Elements Experience.. Elements Experience is a company mainly focused on doing Electronic music events with international DJs, Big Festivals & Clubs.. http://instagram.com/elementsqatar
Elevate Group will be supported by Elements but will focused on doing different type of events like Themed parties, Reggaeton/Latino parties, RnB & HiP HoP parties, Pool parties, Beach parties, hiring DJs, hiring musicians, entertainers, stand up comedy shows & anything else related to entertainment business.

Why chose the name Elevate because it means somehow that we want to elevate the night life & events scene to another level by doin events in a better way so the name is saying ELEVATE your party to the next level.
I need a logo which can be elegant, classy, simple but should be attractive and inspired from the name. I need the logo to tell a story and having a meaning related to the description.

Give me two options of the same logo but in different colors:
1- Black Background with a spot around the logo like my Elements logo, white or light grey and a simple touch of red
2- a color of your choice but must remain classy

Attention: The most important point is I said I want the logo to tell a story related to the business and somehow shows the meaning of Elevate.. Get bigger and better.. maybe 3 or 4 of the logos did that but still not up to the standards I'm looking for.. Also I requested 2 colors options one as I asked above and another one the designer should suggest.. Looking for updates and new designs..
