Car Wrap Design Brief

We are looking for someone to do a car sticker design.
Ideally we dont want a full wrap - we would like a side design plus a rear window. Happy with some bonnet or bumper stickers to finish off the look.
Concept:
1) This car is owned by a civil construction business, it will be donated to a local community charity (not for profit) for use for long term (Free) hire to support their charity
2) We would like our company logo to be advertised on it
3) we would like a community car logo to be design to suit the style and colour of the car
4) we appreciate our logo is green - so do not want it looking christmassy
5) We would like the words "community car" to be noted
6) We have come up with a slogan - Driven by you powered by us (with our logo placed close by to link to the word "us") - feel free to use if it works
7) we would like our logo to not be over powering
8) we would like to allow room for the charity we are donating to, space to place their logo
9) We are happy if you need our logo (McCosker) to be changed to an all white logo
10) if it works - we would like our website displayed - www.mccoskers.com.au
11) on the rear somewhere we would like a bumper asking "how is my driving with phone contact 07 49 700 100
