Tattoo Design Brief

I have several tattoos on my arm. I would like to design a full sleeve tattoo that will incorporate all them and make it all flow together. I like traditional style with grey and black shadowing. Some coloring would be nice as well but mostly black and grey is preferred. The overall them for the sleeve is old school punk rock. I have attached pictures of my arm with current tattoos. I've also included band names/logos that I would like incorporated somewhere in the sleeve.
