Graphic Design Brief

I would like to have graphics to post notices of new podcast episodes on LinkedIn as release new episodes.
The graphics need to be in a template form that can be easily updated by my VA.
Each episode will have a new title and guest.
Two examples of a ROUGH DRAFT of an episode example are attached.
(I do not like these because I think they reflect the standards I have for my brand.)
The posts should be bright and clean and clearly reflect QUALITY of the podcast in the quality of the design. Audience and interviewees are CEOs.
