Logo Design Brief

I am building a scheduling tool and have called it OnTrack. I already have a brand "Greenlight Solutions" I have uploaded both logos for reference.

Id like the OnTrack logo to jump out more, be more prominent, classy though but still get your attention, keep the same color scheme.
Bold but not over the top. Make a couple examples with "GLS OnTrack" & just "OnTrack" I'd like ontrack to speak for itself. Makes some exapmles with the green man and some without.
