Logo Design Brief

We would need a logo creation for a new website classymoose.com

We are an online business that sell B2C but also has a B2B wholesaler.

We are looking for a black/grey/white logo. Something Sophisticated, and Elegant, Classy but something that also has a Bold, powerful and dominant side. The Apple website look and feel is what the site will feel like for reference.

The domain name is a TOTEM name (like boy scouts: Joining a Quality and an animal name) The Moose is a known as Canadian emblem, it is proud, tall and strong, Classy would describe the kind of service we like to offer our customer and the type of product we sell. Even 10$ Items can be Classy, it doesn't need to be a Ferrari! :)

The focus is not on what we sell or what we do as we don't want the logo to reflect that. For the purpose of the exercise, we offer custom products to small and large enterprise. We will be using tag lines with the logo to identify the product category (we have 8 different product categories, a logo couldn't incorporate all these different offerings)

The logo should not have a lot of small details, we want it to be easy to print on business cards, shirts or anything else of smaller size. It should be refine and simple. Ideally we would have a logo that would include the name but could also be made in a smaller version. ( Like Nike and the swoosh, but you could just have the swoosh and know its Nike)

• The Band name Classy Moose. A visual reference to both moose and being classy. Simple and very clean look.

Nice to have

• We would like to be able to shorten the logo into a smaller version that would reflect the company logo to people who know us. Like the square (F) for FACEBOOK

Should not have

• lots of small details, too busy and distracting.
