Apparel Design Brief

Looking for a long sleeve quarter zip design that has attached logo over left chest and words "PART TIME PRO" running down the right sleeve in nice clean bold font.
Also would like "PART TIME PRO APPAREL" in smaller font across the back , just below the neck.
Would like a design that can be made in different color pairings (black and white, grey and white, orange and blue).
Base color for most of the fabric with accents of secondary color (same color as font) running down the sides inder where the arms would rest.
