Signage Design Brief

We have a series of large windows lining the front of our apartment complex/leasing office. We would like a design created to display our name and have a modern, youthful, and colorful appearance. Something that would appeal to college age people, to draw them into out complex. The apartment complex is located in San Marcos, Texas and our residents attend Texas State University. There is a ground spring river that goes through campus and is very close to our property, that is a super popular feature in San Marcos. San Marcos is also a very colorful town with tons of local artist murals all over the town. The color palette inside our apartment complex takes cues from a colorful desert sunset. I have attached a picture of the outside of the complex, were you can see the windows and also the color palette inspiration. We also have a paid partnership with the University so we can incorporate their logos.
There are 3 sets of double window panels. the measurements are in an attached picture. The measurements are listed in inches.
