Web Design Brief

We need a web design and development for our informational website for our new company named Scottsdale Investment Partners. We would like it to be desert themed and it can be color or black and white. We would like it to be classy and clean, while also talking to the benefits of investment partner with us.

We're thinking probably a home page with a nice image of a Scottsdale landscape, then other pages would What we offer our partners page (or other wording if you find something better), a meet the founder page, and a contact us page.

What we offer our partners (or other wording if you think of something better):
Our investors offer an opportunity to families that cannot usually get approved for a mortgage, to be able to become future homeowners. Thus, Benefiting both the investors and local surrounding community members. Our investors get to both have all the benefits of an investment with receiving above market rates of return to themselves and helping families find homes at the same time.

Maybe also build an infographic with these benefits: Safety, Security, Long-term investment horizon, cashflow, tax benefits, above market rate of return, and capital growth.

Mike Devinsky is a private equity investor providing significantly above market returns to his investment partners while taking the time to be involved with his community and family. Mike first honed his skills in taking calculated risk decisions while very young where he took on playing poker professionally. He succeeded at the highest levels for over a decade competing in high stakes professional cash games around the world.

From the poker world he transitioned to investing in public and private markets. He took an approach of knowing the companies he invests in intimately and after over 10,000 hours of research became known in his community as the person to get investment advice on the electric vehicle industry for his voracious research and expert insight.

He now invests in single family homes in the Phoenix market using his past experience analyzing probabilistic outcomes and comparing the ROIs of different potential strategies. These skills have contributed to his success in investing in companies where he used his ability to assess risk to reward ratios to significantly outperform the market over an extended period.
