Doing a play on a Sasquatch with a heavy barbell on its back with 315 lbs (three 45 lb plates)

Looking for a thick, but not exaggerated look of a hairy sasquatch doing a deep squat. The bar slightly bent, striations in its calves and hamstrings.

Should be just hairy enough to see the veins popping and muscles understrain
