You wrote about one of Your services: "Branding and identity design (logos, brochures, etc.)"
So why do You need another designer to do the job that your company can do?
This looks strange.

I must admit that my team of graphic designers couldn't come up with a good design for that project, so I always use my in-house team for the daily, simple work.
But from time to time, I involve freelancers to inject some new ideas into the company.
I don't know if you can see my record with DesignCrowd, but that was project number 13 that I paid for on your platform, plus many other freelance projects I've bought from other platforms.

By the way, I've downloaded few images from the wetransfer.com (You've provided the links), they are not good for printing the catalogue. Too small. No wording, no provided proper images. How can I know which one from this huge amount of images is Your fav or You wanna see it in the brochure? You and I can have different points of view about the same objects. I know nothing about Your company, so I can't add any info like ABOUT US, contacts... etc. Just put the photos on all 12 pages? Do You really want to see something like that?

You are absolutely right, it is a complete chaos in my company organizing photos and putting the right descriptions, filtering the best quality photos, and separating the categories.
Honestly, in my post on DesignCrowd, I chose an expensive package hoping to find the person who is willing to take on this challenge and work with me in the long run to organize my advertising material.

I am honestly looking beyond just the catalog - I need somebody who is willing to sort out the photos and advise me on all my media jobs.
For example, let me tell you that I am personally handling the company's Instagram page, where you can see some descriptions, while I have 60 staff in my company, including 4 graphic designers!
But what I really want you to do is to send me any list of questions and requirements (introduction, history, specific photos for specific services or categories), and I will provide it for you, despite my busy schedule.

As for the WeTransfer links I provided, I apologize that the images are not suitable for printing in the catalog.
You are right that we may have different points of view about the same objects, but i am willing to answer all your questions.

Please feel free to send me a list of what you need, and I will do my best to provide the necessary information and high-quality images for the catalog.
I appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to get this organized.
