Logo Design Brief

Would like a logo for a learner driving school. The driving school is called "Learn To Drive Academy". The logo should include the colours Black #ffffff background , Yellow #ffcb05, Red #0088cb and Blue #ed1c24.
Preferably a white background but open to other colours.

Would like an “australian L Plate” incorporated into the design for the “L”. the attached photo is of an L plate for reference

Don’t like academic hats or books in the logo.
