Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a company based in Florida called 'Development Alliance'. We build apartment buildings and rent the apartments.
We would like a logo that is simple enough to embroider on shirts and easily recognizable. Ideally it will be one color on a white background, the inverse, or both. I'm attaching some very basic concept ideas for reference. We are providing them as an example of the simplicity we like.
The logo could be an object or the letters "DA". The D in DA could also be lowercase like "dA". Use whichever looks better.
