Grayson Global is a New York based investment bank that specializes in cross-border M&A and capital raises primarily in emerging and frontier countries--from South Africa to Bangladesh to Vietnam and Australia but over 120 countries. I have 40 year's experience in this business and recently sold my firm and have started this new firm. I have many contacts in many countries around the world, so the logo has to be readable to many people where English is their second language. I would like something edgy but at the same time we are a Wall Street financial firm, so it needs to connote confidence and credibility without some funky digital design. I want people to look at it and say "great logo", I still wear a suit and tie but dress down when necessary. I hope this helps and am available to answer questions. The logo can contain color but not red. (Red in the financial industry is negative.) One other point. Our clients are institutions and corporations, not private individuals.
