Flyer Design Brief

Needing to put together three flyers (one we will want to have printed front and back) for our industrial contracting services, our scaffolding business and then our fabrication business. I have found a sample design and come up with some replacement verbiage but need help putting it together. Attached is the sample flyer in blue and then a couple of our current flyers that we will want to convert to a format like the sample flyer. I have logos, colors, etc. that I can upload we will also need to come up with some pictures
