Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new pigeon race to be used on social media platforms and on our website. I like character-type logos with a pigeon or three pigeons. The design could use racing pigeons. We are open on colors, but like Blue & Gold (see the uploaded pictures). Something related to Derby maybe a play on horse racing but with pigeons, three in a race. Really open to any ideas we could get.
