Thank you for the comment & I agree. The focus of the brochure should be the items listed on pages 8 through 16.

For plan “Remarkably Simple” - the document doesn’t list specific items that are included, I’ll amend the document to include this list:

I've cleaned up the brief quite a bit. Please take a look.

Hello Everyone. If you've received 3+ stars, I think youre in the right track. Generally I've observed I need to clarify the with the following:
1. Choose a brochure (or booklet) fold style that can include all the content. This could mean up to (5) panels (front and back) or multiple pages if youre proposing a booklet. We are offering *industry best* service level, so our brochure should also be differentiated by the quality of the content shared in our brochure.
2. STEP SELLING
We want to clearly display the differences in the 3 coverage levels:
1. Essentials
This is primarily mechanical components and should lead with this statement:
This Agreement will cover necessary repairs to ALL Your Vehicle's components, except for those items listed under EXCLUSIONS - WHAT IS NOT COVERED in this Agreement.
Major systems included in Essentials:

Fuel System
Turbos
Steering
Suspension
Brake System
Interior Electronics
Heating and Cooling

2. Beyond Essentials:
This option adds protection for things that impact the vehicles appearance or damages that occur due to normal life (road hazards & door dings)

PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR
BASIC MAINTENANCE

3. INDUSTRY BEST
This is our highest level of coverage AND THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT IN THE INDUSTRY. WE INCLUDE THINGS HERE THAT ARE "REVOLUTIONARY"
We need this somehow conveyed visually.

Enhanced Maintenance
Key Fob Replacement
Theft Protection
Total Loss Benefit
I'm leaning on you to create the visualization of these benefits

Finally: Scare Tactic - VEHICLE REPAIR COST WITHOUT A VSC VISUALIZATION. Imagery of vehicle with repair costs. This needs to be integrated into the design somewhere.

The below document is *The Vehicle Service Contract* we need to TURN THIS DOCUMENT into a visual display of customer benefits - use enough panels or pages to display the CUSTOMER BENEFITS in a visually appealing and persuasive way, while displaying the *Vehicle Service Contract* in its entirety, independent of the customer benefits (back pages). This will be my final revision to the brief.
