T-shirt Design Brief

I have a consulting business that focuses on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace. I need a T-shirt design that shows that: D (Diversity) + E (Equity) + I (Inclusion) = Belonging
I have a mock-up attached that I was playing around with it doesn't exactly capture what I'm looking. Looking for a unique, fun design that stands out and inspires people to purchase.
The design should look good on black, white and grey T-shirts, if possible.
