Logo Design Brief

We are a nationwide mortgage lender in need of a new and modern logo design. We provide residential and commercial mortgage financing for borrowers. We provide loans for 1-4 unit residential properties as well as all commercial property types. We specialize in alternative mortgage financing for individuals who have trouble getting loans through a traditional bank or a conventional lender. We are very service-oriented and specialize in using technology to enhance and streamline the mortgage underwriting and funding process. I added an example of our investment company logo. The investment company is part of the G1 family. This logo design does not need to be exactly like the example, but we just wanted to give you an idea of what one of the other G1 logos look like.
