Logo Design Brief

Gawler Strong is a organisation that lobbies decision makers with ideas for large scale projects that bring significant social and community benefits to the town of Gawler. The task is to design a logo that reflects the bold thinking that Gawler Strong is looking for to imagine and realise these projects.
The logo must incorporate a triangle. Projects are encouraged to build relationships back to the town heritage, and the triangle is intended to reflect this as the triangle is part of the original history. Positive consideration will be given to design ideas that show the triangle with the text 'Gawler Strong' but also a design with just the triangle, that is designed in such a way that people immediately associate the triangle with the logo that includes the test 'Gawler Strong'.
A general feel is that a heritage look would be best, but don't let that cramp your imagination.
Black & Yellow/Gold is the preferred colour, but other options will be considered.
UPDATE: Designs that are going to get the most recognition are those incorporate a triangle but also convey a sense of strength. A thin lined triangle can look really good, but will not reflect strength, unless there are other elements to convey this.
