Logo Design Brief

This logo is for an existing communications company that has it's roots in one particular industry - political communications. The existing company, Tele-Town Hall, LLC will still exist, and many, times, these logos will be locked up together. So, they need to be complementary in look and feel, but, be able to stand on their own separately as well. Expecting to receive original art files, all exclusive rights to use, and pngs with transparent backgrounds: full color, black, and white.
