Logo Design Brief

It is for a local ice cream shop that has been around for decades.
I am the new owner and the current shop logo is dated. The shop name is Sweet Treats. I want the logo to be easy to read, versatile (meaning can go on a sign in front of shop, go on letterhead, tee shirts, merch...etc) I want it to be colorful (think ice cream color pallets, pastels, pinks, purples, turquoise, yellows etc) I also want it to be able to be black and white and legible when it is printed on paper or say a white tee or black tee. I like simplicity, but unique. I feel like a lot of logos right now look the same, and I really want to stand out. I'm open to creativity. We sells soft serve cones and also hard ice cream. So maybe something with an ice cream cone and fun font for the sweet treats name part. Please ensure if using soft serve ice cream cone it does not look like a poop emoji. Make sure the font being used can be read easily. The final product should be fun, inviting, and want the community to love it! Thank you in advance!
