Logo Design Brief

I need a conference logo for a scientific research conference (on proteomics and mass spectrometry) taking place in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. US HUPO 2026 Conference. Would like to highlight St. Louis in some way (maybe the gateway arch and/or Mississippi river) and the science (proteomics/mass spectrometry) if possible. Should feel modern, cool, and forward thinking. Should try to incorporate the tagline "The Gateway to Transforming Biology" in the logo in some capacity.
