Tattoo Design Brief

I need a design for a black and white tattoo:

Upper outside: imposts with further ornaments
Forearm outside: Koi fish with water
Chest: lotus flower with ornaments
Forearm inside: skull with snake
Filling in between: lotus flowers, water, peonies, etc.
The fighter and the rest of the tattoo should have the same style in terms of lines and shading. More classic graphic than realistic. The different motifs should fit together.
