Graphic Design Brief

Project Description:
I am seeking a creative designer to produce a moving invitation (video or GIF) for our upcoming VIP dinner at Habibi Miami during the ASPN conference. The invite should capture the luxurious, exotic, and Moroccan-inspired vibe of the venue, while maintaining a professional, high-end feel. I like the idea of a Sahara desert background with the sand moving - or something like that. Open to all creative ideas though!

Key Requirements:

Theme: Moroccan/Arabic luxury with elegant animations that reflect the atmosphere of Habibi Miami or of a Moroccan desert.

Content: Event name (VIA-X Dinner), date (July 18th), time (8pm-10pm EST), location (Habibi Miami), and RSVP details (contact Kirsten Burroughs @ kburroughs@vivex.com)

Branding: Prominently feature the VIA DISC NP and VIVEX logos (I will provide high-resolution files)

Tone: Luxurious, exclusive, and sophisticated, with a touch of mystique

Format: High-quality MP4, GIF, and social media-friendly formats (Instagram story, LinkedIn post)

Deliverables:

Final moving invite in MP4 and GIF formats

Editable project file (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) for future updates

Timeline: First draft within 2-3 days.
