Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new real estate investment company (Sandbar Capital, LLC -- 'Sandbar Capital') located on the west coast of Florida (Sarasota area). Color Preferences: Blue (ocean/crystal clear water vibe), Gold, Red, Warm Tan(s) (wood tones) , Silver

Our company raises capital from high-net worth individuals and invests money in single family, and multi-family properties. We want to 'break away' from the corporate / stuffy norm and see if we can bring 'fresh', 'innovative', 'unique' (yet balancing 'professional') design concepts that can be used for our business card, trucker hats, coozies, etc. Final Design incorporates 'Coastal Vibe', 'Warm/Wood-Like Tone(s), with 'pops of color', --- We raise money, we earn trust, we acquire properties (coastal mainly/beach areas), we return a significant profit to our investors. We run this as a 'family oriented' business and blend purpose and passion, with profits!
